Custom Yacht Consultants Limited is an independent company specialising in providing strategic resourcing (procurement) services for the leisure marine refit/repair industry.
We are a team of consultants from backgrounds that include professional sailing and yacht management, aviation and IT services procurement, sales, and technology.
Our aim is to drive the leisure marine industry towards higher levels of service, efficiency and consistency - to encourage a more 'commercial' and structured approach to the refit and rebuild process.
We passionately believe that a more regulated approach will bring significant benefits not only to boat owners and operators, but will also have a very positive impact on the business of boat yards who work in partnership with our clients.
